Bio: Hi I'm Erica and I'm a wife and mom of 2 wonderful kids and 4 crazy pets. I used to be a science teacher, but when I decided to stop so I could raise my family, I still wanted to do something that would feel useful to the outside world. So I became a health and fitness coach, and I love meeting new people and helping them achieve their goals. I'm still learning how to balance my needs with those of my family, but I've learned that the journey is just as important as the destination. So I hope you'll join me on the journey and we can get to know each other while we keep moving toward our goals.

Bio: Hi! I'm Rachel. I'm the mom of an amazing little boy, a rottweiler and three budgies living with my husband and family out in the suburban woods of Sammamish, WA. In the last two years, I have lost 170 lb and have gone from depressed couch potato to an avid runner training for her first full marathon! I am a certified personal trainer and group fitness trainer. I love to teach Turbo Kick classes! Turbo (Fire, Jam, Kick) was really my gateway into fitness and Chalene Johnson changed how I saw myself. I am also a weight loss coach and I am currently working on becoming a certified nutritionist, since I have learned that our relationship with food is both complex and emotional. One of my biggest passions is to help people learn to find balance in their lives with food, play, responsibility and all the rest of it!

Bio: Hey There! My name is Ashleigh and am 27 years old. I have an amazing man and three amazing teenage step daughters. I found Beachbody because I have been dealing with chronic back pain for about 6 years and had gotten very over weight. I have now completed TurboFire and ChaLEAN Extreme! I have learned out to control my back pain and am down 45 lbs and have gone from a size 18 to a size 10!!
I make time for myself and working out because taking care of three teenage girls, keeping a home clean, helping my father at his natural food store, and running my own business at home takes up a lot of time and I could easily lose myself. I am health and fitness coach and am passionate about helping people and about health and fitness!

Bio: Hello, I am Lexi! I am a military wife and mother of 3 children and 2 pit-bulls. I was diagnosed with cancer at the age of 20 and a diabetic at 22. I am a cancer surviving diabetic. Those two things made me feel like I had nothing to offer anyone and this led to my emotional eating and weight issues and a loving relationship with my couch. So finally when my youngest was about to turn two, I decided that I can’t use the excuse that I just had a baby any longer and decided to make time for me and stop letting my baggage get me down!!! And as I was going through this journey, I realized that there are so many out there that are in the same situation as I was and need the same push I needed. So I became a fitness/weight loss coach. The best feeling in the world is when I get an email or a phone call from someone saying, “THANK-YOU, I couldn’t have done this without you standing behind me!!” Those words make me not only push myself even harder, but jump start my love for helping others all over again!

Bio: Hi, my name is Roxie. I'm 42, been married for 20 years and we have 3 wonderful daughters (ages 23, 16, and 13) and two beautiful granddaughters (ages 4 and 1). I found out I was a Type 1 Diabetic in 2005 and have been in denial until now. After finding the Eat Clean lifestyle, it has completely changed my life. I'm getting my Diabetes under control, losing weight, and gaining a whole new life. I make time for exercise and eating right, because frankly, I have to, or I won't be around to watch my kids grow up and get married, and they could be left without a Mother. Diabetes is serious stuff! I love reading, watching movies late at night, eating good food, and spending time with my husband and 2 daughters that are still at home. My goals include finding balance, trying to lose 35 lbs, keeping up with the latest makeup and hair trends, and vacationing with the love of my life and our girls. My ultimate goal weight is 130 lbs with a goal prize of getting professional pin-up photography done.
